Experimental Notice: The use of these aggregated
computational tools should be considered experimental. Depending on extreme or inconsistent inputs, the
models may produce unrealistic or misleading results. Use with caution and critical thinking.

1RM Repetition & Intensity
Enter a weight in any Rep Max box (kg, lbs or any unit) to estimate others and relative intensities.

Reactive Strength Index (RSI)
Evaluate Stretch-Shortening Cycle (SSC) efficiency and lower-limb stiffness using the Reactive Strength Index.
module / strength / methodology
Repetition Maximum Theory
- Brzycki Formula: 1RM = weight / (1.0278 - (0.0278 * reps)). Valid for reps < 10.
- Intensity Scaling: Determining weekly loads based on relative percentage of 1RM.
Reactive Strength Index
- RSI: Jump Height / Contact Time. Measures explosive efficiency.
- Stiffness: High RSI often indicates superior lower-limb stiffness and SSC quality.
